About this training

Every business runs on repetitive digital tasks — posting content, replying to messages, moving data between apps, sending reports. n8n is the visual automation tool that does all of it for you, and with AI connected inside, your automations don't just move data — they write, summarize, and decide. This practical n8n training in Tétouan is fully hands-on, taught in a small group of 16 students maximum: you build real automations for real tasks from the first session.

This is 100% hands-on. You leave with working automations, not theory. Whether you take the Accelerated weekend sprint (14 hours) or the Continued 3-month program (~48 hours), your automations will be running for you 24/7 by the end.

Both formats are 100% hands-on — the difference is depth and practice time:

• Accelerated (weekend sprint, 14 hours): the automation essentials fast — triggers, nodes, connecting your first apps, and one complete AI automation live: spreadsheet titles → AI-written posts → published to WordPress & Facebook on schedule.
• Continued (3 months, ~48 hours): the full automation stack — webhooks, data transformations and logic, AI chatbots and auto-replies, error handling, self-hosting, and multiple real automations built around your own work, running 24/7.

What you'll learn

• How workflow automation works: triggers, nodes, and connecting your apps
• Setting up n8n (cloud and self-hosted) and mastering the visual editor
• Working with Google Sheets, Gmail, WhatsApp, Telegram, and hundreds of integrations
• Connecting AI inside your workflows — ChatGPT/OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini nodes
• Webhooks: receiving data from forms, websites, and other tools in real time
• Data handling: filtering, transforming, merging, and conditional logic (IF / Switch)
• Scheduling with cron: run automations hourly, daily, or exactly when you need
• Error handling and retries — keeping your automations reliable

Real automations you'll build

These aren't demos — they're automations you can use the day you build them:

• AI content pipeline: you write titles in a Google Sheet; n8n sends each one to AI to write the post, then publishes it to your WordPress site and Facebook page on schedule — a week of content from ten minutes of titles.
• Lead capture & instant alerts: a website form submission lands in Google Sheets and pings you on WhatsApp or email the second it arrives.
• AI auto-replies: common customer questions get an instant, AI-drafted answer in your tone — you only step in for the hard ones.
• Automatic weekly report: n8n pulls your numbers, AI writes the summary, and the report is in your inbox every Monday morning.
• Publish once, share everywhere: one piece of content cross-posted to all your channels on a schedule you set.

Prerequisites

None. n8n is visual — you connect blocks, you don't write code. If you can use a browser and a spreadsheet, you can automate. You only need a laptop and a real task you're tired of doing by hand. Sessions are taught in Moroccan Arabic (Darija) with technical keywords in English at our training center in Tétouan, Morocco.
