Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your registration for and participation in trainings offered by Freelancers Web Academy. By registering, you agree to them.
01 Acceptance of terms
By registering for a training, making a payment, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not register.
02 Our services
FWA offers hands-on, project-based technology trainings in two formats: an Accelerated weekend programme and a Continued three-month programme. Each training runs on a set schedule with a limited number of seats.
03 Registration & enrollment
- A seat is reserved for you only once your payment has been received and verified by FWA.
- You are responsible for providing accurate registration details.
- Each schedule is limited to 16 seats. When a schedule is full, registration closes and a waitlist may be offered.
04 Pricing & payment
- Prices are shown in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) on each schedule.
- Discounted or early-bird prices apply only while displayed and within any stated deadline.
- Payment is made by the methods shown at checkout (e.g. bank transfer or CashPlus). Your seat is confirmed after we verify the payment against your reference.
05 Refunds & cancellations
Any refund application or request must be submitted at least 7 days before the training start date.

Refund requests received less than 7 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund.
How to request a refund
Send your request by email or WhatsApp (section 13) and include your payment reference (FWA-XXXX) and the email used at registration.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days, to the original payment method where possible.
If FWA cancels or reschedules
If we cancel a training or change its start date, you may choose a full refund or a free transfer to another scheduled cohort — regardless of the 7-day window above.
06 Attendance & participation
- Trainings are hands-on; you are expected to attend the scheduled sessions to get the most from the programme and to qualify for a certificate.
- Missed sessions are not refundable and are not automatically rescheduled.
- You are responsible for bringing any equipment stated for your training (e.g. a laptop) unless we state otherwise.
07 Certificates
A certificate of completion is issued to students who complete their training and meet its attendance requirements. Where a training does not include a certificate, this will be indicated on the training page.
08 Student conduct
We ask all students to behave respectfully toward trainers and fellow students. FWA may remove a student from a session or training for disruptive, unsafe, or abusive behaviour. In such cases, refunds are at our discretion.
09 Intellectual property
Course materials, slides, project files, and the content of this website are the property of FWA or its trainers and are provided for your personal learning use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish them without our written permission. Projects you build during a training remain yours.
10 Changes by FWA
We may occasionally need to change a trainer, room, session time, or the exact dates of a schedule. We will inform enrolled students of material changes. If a change is unacceptable to you, the cancellation options in section 05 apply.
11 Limitation of liability
We deliver our trainings with care, but we do not guarantee any specific outcome such as employment or income. To the extent permitted by law, FWA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in a training.
12 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Tétouan.
